Startup faild on mac os x 10.9 #623

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Applications->Click Pencel

Application Crashed.

Same problem here. 
Impossible to open on Mac. Tried to install 3 times. On two different Mac. Also 
same behavior. It will not open.
I don't know if these details can help:
