Interval Subsets #14

Allow user to select interval subtype of: EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) Tabata (20 secs exercise + 10 Seconds Rest) Custom

EMOM/Tabata will not need time selection since the times are predetermined

Tabata examples:

(repeat 3 times)

  1. Crunches
  2. Leg Extensions
  3. Abdominal Complex

(repeat 4 times)

  1. Push-ups
  2. A-Frame Push-up

(repeat 4 times)

  1. Cluster squats
  2. Burpees
