Coach List page #43

Create a new menu item: Coaches

This page will contain a list of coaches showing: Photo, name, # followers

Clicking a coach will launch a "Coach detail" page. The coach detail page will show the information above along with a button: "Follow"

Future work: When a coach is followed, the user will begin receiving that coach's workout feed.

We're going to park the coach features for a bit. We've got some new songs and sets to implement
