The exercises will be measured in Qty (not time).
A cap time must be defined for the set
upon completion of the executing the live set, the user will be presented with a slider to show how far they got (i.e. Full set 3 times + pushups + 5 squats)
Interval
The exercises will be measured in time
the total time for the set will be calculated by the sum of the individual exercises
This is the only type that should require an mp3 upload

Round For Time
This is the same as a single AMRAP, so no cap time is necessary.
