fix: Update gw_docker_debug

This docker will install and run unit tests on a particular branch. At the moment I am not able to get the coregister tests to pass, but that might be something to do with my install method.

But this does make thing a lot easier.

What is this PR changing?

new dockerfile to speed up unit testing on branches
