Add new functionality to ThruPLEX protocol #18

  1. Add centrifugation after mixing sample and reagents
  2. Add tRobot incubation
  3. Add possibility to do final hold
  4. Add sealing of plate before 1–3 and at end (conditionally, if last protocol in runset)
  5. Add PCR cleanup to runset
