Consider releasing SCSS files again #3013

This is about Bulma.

Overview of the problem

This is about the Bulma CSS framework

Description

Hello, we are considering migrating our project (iTop) from Bootstrap to Bulma as it seems to be an awesome framework.

We are importing Bulma's .sass files in our own .scss files, which are then compiled using the SCSSPHP library. The problem is that our tools handle SCSS well but not SASS at all.

As SASS and SCSS are pretty close, would you consider distributing SCSS files as well ? I saw that you did a while back.

One of the users of Bulma is already distributing them in its fork, he even gave the command to convert them. So it would be a minimum effort for you, as it could even be a GitHub action which would do it automatically on each of your commits.

Thanks for the great work and for considering this! 😻

Cheers Guillaume
