Why is the WebApp taking 10 minutes to deploy #88

The latest build results https://github.com/jguadagno/jjgnet-broadcast/runs/7294578607?check_suite_focus=true say that over 4,000 files are being uploaded. Need to research what those files are.

Fixed with commit 9946e365a5cb191ccc7ffac53309922c42e59f7b
