What are Tooltips? Tooltips are text labels that appear when a user hovers over, focuses, or activates an element. They provide brief helper text about its function.

Benefits

Help guide users through their journey
Can assist with the user onboarding flow
Help direct attention toward a specific item or action
Direct users to self-help resources so that they don't have to unnecessarily reach out to support

I'll do it using chakra ui tooltip library as it is prominent and renowned ui lib nowadays
