The latest commit to hierfstat appeared to break the genind2hierfstat function.

It would no longer convert nancycats because "nuc" was not found (because of parentheses placement)
It would return an un-described error when using H3N2 without a population factor
All of H3N2 was converted to NA (because of regex)

I have addressed all of these bugs in this pull request.

I have merge your branch with the master I think, but now I am not sure how I should update my local version of hierfstat? @zkamvar

@jgx65, I think all you have to do is just git pull
