Hi Jerome,

I'm digging up #8 again and requesting for hierfstat to be updated on CRAN as it has several bug fixes from the past three years that would prevent issues like #27.

Bumping this because hierfstat on CRAN is as old as children who would be entering kindergarten (were it not for the pandemic).

Just made quite a few updates, checking through them, updating vignettes and will do. might ask for some help regarding testing @zkamvar

GitHub actions makes testing so much easier than Travis CI and AppVeyor now... ??usethis::use_github_actions
