Sometimes there are fewer primers in combined primers than there should be. #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose to combine primers
2. Check results of msat table against combined table

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the total of entities in combined table should = those in msat table.  this 
does not always happen.
