What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tried running msatcommander 1.0.8-beta with tiny input fasta file on Mac OS
10.9.5
2. I can point to the input file, but it doesn't go on to ask me where I want
the output
It never goes forward. If I keep hitting run, it just asks for the input file
over & over. I've toggled a bunch of check boxes, tried it on 2 different macs
& restarted my laptop. So, it seems like an input/OS 10.9.5 problem.
