[Feature Request] Auto-Clear #8

Clears the channel history after a certain amount of time

/autoclear <duration*> <mode*>

* = Optional

Duration: (Default: instant)

The time to wait until the chat gets cleared again

Mode (Default: all)

bots: only messages written by bots get cleared
webhooks: only messages written by webhooks get cleared
users: only messages written by users get cleared
all: all messages get cleared
