Do any implementations support load balancing across multiple redirect extended communities? #2

Adam notes in his text from 2019 that Nokia didn't support load balancing. Juniper supports redirect-to-ip load balancing across multiple nexthops (2018+ releases).

Since at least one implementation supports it, we should preserve the text but audit for corner cases when implementations don't support it.

No change here from the Nokia side. But I am comfortable with the text that is there in v3
