Identity #22

Lab 10, Implementing Security, Internal Server Error. Please look it over and see what's wrong - if anything. I am at #4 in Adding Claims. I get no token to see if it's larger than the token I didn't get before. Once this is fixed we still need to complete Authorization in the API and Lab 7. It's almost 7:30am, I'm going to bed. I'll try again tomorrow after I get a nap. I've been working on the identity branch and api-repair-issue-17 branch.

@skyarkitekten - I must be missing something here. I believe @AlexTetzloff is having similar issues with his lab. Alex, can you confirm that?

Yes, that is the same error I am getting.
