i am currently working on the write-up for the project and will have my first draft in github soon

Should probably break this issue down into an issue per deliverable.

I have finished the write up document. let me know if you guys would like to add anything. once the app is running perfectly i will add some screenshots. but in the time being this is all i can add to it.

The doc looks good. I will make some screenshot addins when we are finished today with our final product
