Write some Web API tests #68

Need to have a way to be alerted to changes that break the web API.

@skyarkitekten - Any tips/direction on how to do this? Reliable resources that are consistent with the way our class has used .NET?

I'm not finding any way to test that I actually understand right now, so I'm holding off for now.

The instructor suggested we skip this for now. Can build integration tests later if desired.
