Fisher.Bookstore Namespace issues #71

Project is populated with Fisher.Bookstore files. I'm going to take care of it again on my end. Please look for the files on your end too.

Look in these directories to see what I'm talking about: obj obj > Debug > netcoreapp2.1 obj > Debug > netcoreapp2.2

There may be others as well. Look around.

Master and dotnet-web-api-tests branches have been purged of bookstore related files and references in this repo.
