Week 8 Ready for Review

Hi @jhaefner97! In the interest of time I'm going to keep feedback limited to areas for improvement.

Note that these are all related to best practices and not necessarily related to your understanding of consuming an api.

[ ] This block is getting called every time the service is used. Better to load this a single time (remember the Adv Java start up servlet that did the load once?)

[ ] Something I noticed as I was poking around - some package names have capital letters and some classes start with lower case. In java an uppercase is used for class names only. Package names should be all lower case.
