Switch to CMake #18

Currently building of the release archive and running tests consists of home made python scripts / hacks which aren't easy to understand. By using CMake for build-system there would be better change that someone else than me would understand just wtf is going on!

The home made python scripts have evolved to a level that trying to mix cmake in it wouldn't bring any benefit, closing.
