To generate a calendar, we need at least the following information:

The calendar range: our calendar is only valid for a certain range of dates.
The day before the calendar begins.
The years in which the hot season has an extra month.
Holiday dates: the moon day and season on which they fall each year.
Adjustments: the calendar may be adjusted arbitrarily to synchronize with the actual lunar cycle.

The long hot seasons that I know of are: 2010, 2012, 2015, 2018, 2021, 2023, 2026, 2029

The default configuration works, but perhaps a few more tests would be good.
