Accessibility: Add focus trap to mobile menu #10

Add a focus trap to the mobile menu so that users accessing the site using keyboard controls can loop through the mobile menu items and the close button, instead of tabbing through items and then tabbing down through the rest of the page while the open menu is obscuring their view.
