Tweaks to the surface_camera driver #5

Hey

I started working on tweaking this. At the moment it's just sat in my repo for the cameras, but it's yours so it ought to live here really. How do you want me to propose changes? Since you've just got a patch rather than a source code file here I'm not sure what's the best way to do it. I can send PRs that just add the source code, or PRs that replace your patch, or PRs that add a patch to be applied after your patch - whatever you like

If you want you can submit a PR there on the sb2_ov5693 branch. Once everything works properly, I would ultimately like this stuff to live in the linux-surface repo or upstream, but we can stage it here during development.
