Access security #7

Some kind of access security should be added. The information about
Clusterfest is public, but access to the cluster admin interface of any
given installation should not be publicly accessible. Perhaps a security
API that can be provided through a plug-in architecture, where the default
plug-in would simply use no security or some simple text file with
authorized users and passwords.

now the connections accepted by the nodes can be white-listed or blacklisted. 
Also
jetty allows to be configured to use https. 

However, we are still missing pasword based security
