Bump Service Mesh to new version (don't implement in pipeline yet - is for MSA build)
Bump OCS to 4.4, reduce size of OCS PVs to smallest (this should be safe to use for your content)
Bump 3scale to 2.8 (don't implement in pipeline yet - is for MSA build)
Some changes to SM and 3scale deployment configurations
You're free to see if they deploy for you, but mostly I'd just like OCS tested against your current build (seems like you've been getting OCS working on RHPDS? Neat.) and the rest to be roughly tested as far as "does Ansible make everything red?"
