Separating the idea of automating the pipeline buildout from the pipeline prereq deployments to prepare for workshop environments.

If I can get one set of eyes on the small changes I'd appreciate it. I don't think there's any need to deploy it yourselves, I have tested it three times now. Does what it says on the tin. Just keep me honest and my code clean :)
