I think it’s safe to say that we’ve all been in the situation where we arrive at a lecture or meeting, and our hearts skip a beat when the instructor starts to collect an assignment that we’ve forgotten all about. Furthermore, I think we would all love to have some tool that minimizes this anxiety and forgetfulness. Well, in just a few short works, team Epsilon will be able to produce a working application that can accomplish just that. With a streamlined system that aims to create an environment in which students and perhaps even more can organize and store important events. By storing such events in an organized location that helps to remind students what is occurring and when, students can more efficiently remember to complete their assignments and show up to other sources of knowledge on time. Thus, we can further enhance the development of the world by aiding those who will take the next steps for our society to be as prepared as possible. For even a single assignment can mean the difference between someone going to college and someone being doomed to menial labor that they cannot stand. Also, while the benefits and gains will be great, the costs will be relatively miniscule. The primary cost of implementing such an application would be the time it takes to develop and maintain the software throughout its lifetime. Moreover, other costs would include money and time to keep the website up and running, and possibly certain advertising techniques that the team wishes to employ. Overall, Get Stuff Done is an excellent piece of software that aims to improve the world as we know it with minimal cost.
