Once #23 is finished, then I need to refactor the stage 5 stuff as follows:
If a single batch criteria was specified, then the intra-scenario controller
comparison should generate linegraphs with the criteria xvals as the xvals and
performance on the y axis.
If dual batch criteria were specified, then the intra-scenario controller
comparison should generate heatmaps with the X and Y axis being the xvals for
each criteria and the Z value being the performance.
Inter-scenario comparisons should still only be bar graphs (get rid of the
weight unified estimate garbage)
