In correlation with swarm-robotics/fordyca#494, columns of the output .csv
should be read and applied to graphs of:
Block manipulation events/penalties
Cache usage events/penalties
Blocks collected
An option should also be added to the cmdline to control whether or not these
graphs should be drawn, as it is possible I might not always want to draw them
(i.e. if I am not investigating temporal variance as applied to the swarm, I
don't want to see additional lines of constant penalties).
