Two commits with small code improvements.
The third commit adds one exception case in Triangle::NeighborAcross. We identified on our project a use case that caused a segfault in that method, due to the neighbor being nullptr. An example demonstrating the issue is given in the commit.

Added a commit to patch the build action on linux (install gcc-c++ dependency)
