[Issue 19] - Add a list of languages feature for a group, similar to how the list of airports feature work. List of languages in the group with counts, then clicking on a language gives a filter of the users for that language

The languages feature includes a "skill level" field per member/language pair. That field should be displayed when showing the list of members with that language.
