Default title should be blank #116

The default title should not be 'x cards on y pages'; this is now shown on the interface bar at the top. It also adapts the count to the shown pages, and that default title does not.

So instead, the title should be blank on pages, and maybe just 'cards.py 0.6.1' in <title> element.
