Add sign up button to header #34

How will signing up even work?

  1. Select yourself from a drop down
  2. Give your desired password
  3. Done. Sign in with email & password

Sound good?

Page restricted to officers. We pull up the page for people to 'sign up'.

So it should probably not be a button in the header, but a navigation item under the "officer only" category.

That's where I'm putting it barring further input. It will be easy to move the button. The page will be much harder than placing a link :)
