I think that we should not show an error if a person who isn't logged in clicks on a card. I think we should just show them the information that they can see already and nothing else.

Ideally: Not clickable, but hover details for people who don't have access For now: Don't care, don't think it'll change grade.

Adding low priority add un-assigning myself as I agree that this probably doesn't matter too much.
