Change event details page to use textboxes #84

If the person has edit privileges, the events detail page should have textboxes and a save button.

If the person has delete privileges, it should have a delete button.

Upon discussion with Richard and searching through the website, we decided to use the edit page instead of trying to integrate the edit page features into the overlay.
