This can be done using filterprops.

Reason for disagreement: I get that the characteristics can be filtered by filterprops and filterbuyers, but the wording in the user story states that users should be able to find certain characteristics for buyers as well as properties. Which the app currently can't do using find command.

Team chose [severity.Low] Originally [severity.High]

Reason for disagreement: This flaw makes every user not able to use find command to find the characteristics of buyers and properties. Hence it is a flaw that affects most users and causes major problems for users. i.e., a problem that makes the product almost unusable for most users.
