Tests are no longer running #228

Looking at the commit history it seems that Travis CI is no longer triggered by commits and PRs. It seems to have stopped somewhere after March 14.

Actually it looks like the tests are still running but are not being reported back by Travis CI. I've had this happen also on some other projects. A possible solution is to migrate from the old style webhooks to the new Github App.
