Gitilies: "Previous" link doesn't always work.

For example, I was trying to see what was landed on the Chrome 2623 branch as 
part of my stability sheriff rotation and after clicking "Next" to paginate, 
clicking "Previous" did not work, which really confused me (I though I was at 
the start of the page).
