Add timeout when taking screenshot #46

As discussed in #45, I added a timeout of 60 seconds for each process of taking a screenshot. This timeout option is only present for the monthly GitHub action of retaking screenshots for all websites, not for the screenshot that occurs when a new website is added. This worked on Github Actions on my fork.

This PR also adds the updated screenshots (because they won't be updated before next month). Finally, I change the README to load the tidyverse instead of sourcing functions (that are not used in anyway).

Looks good! I like how the footer auto updates to the local computer settings...it now says "avril" instead of "April" since it was built on your computer haha.

Ah I hadn't noticed, that's funny, another way to learn foreign languages ^^
