Rc v0.8.0 - implements tidier methods and (hopefully) support with gtsummary #40

This PR includes a new vignette about convergence issues, and otherwise attempts to implement tidier methods to make logitr models easier to work with for integration with packages like {broom} and {gtsummary}.
