Move examples from package to pkgdown #58

There are now example slides in inst/example (shipped with the package) and a similar example in pkgdown/assets/example (for the website). We actually copy the example slides from the package into the folder and then render it before deploying the slides.

I moved most of the readme content into vignettes/renderthis.Rmd which created a new vignette that shows up on the pkgdown site as "Get Started".

I'm going to merge this so that it runs on main to make sure it works there and deploys all the stuff the right place, then I'll merge main back into the rc branch.
