Adding project documentation #13

Addressing very solid issues around contribution blockers. This should provide a lot more clarity on where the project is going.

Looks much better. The issues you have added are good starting points for defining tasks.

I see an item about accessibility and responsiveness which I like to work on. How would we track if someone is already working on a task? Should we use GitHub project planning feature to plan and track progress?

I think if you are listed as a contributor your can assign yourself a task. If you want to get contributor access just jump on the Discord server and request it in the #jmusic channel.
