#3 added @headlessui/react and resolves #3 dropdown for cord selector #7

Chord selector will be a dropdown now. Also added @headlessui/react that has bunch of components designed to integrate beautifully with Tailwind CSS https://github.com/tailwindlabs/headlessui/tree/develop/packages/%40headlessui-react
