Listed resolution shows as "not available" #6

I can't set any resolutions for my secondary display. Here's the output.

I have Mountain Lion, could this be the problem?

Also, is there a way to select "720p" as displayed in the display resolution options (I know the resolution is 1280x720) as a shortcut?
