Delete both config files in any situation #2

I ran into a problem where I deleted the file in .cache repo and the program was not fully resetting and panicing on trying to set new themes.

ill try testing this later and update the AUR package with your changes once I am done. thanks for the help.

Had to update the UT to support pywal-16-colors since calling wal.reset() will re-generate the .cache files
