Download, copy to stick, use

I have just returned from Burma where the internet is horrible. In practice it 
would be impossible to use offline-wiki there, because you need to download the 
dump on the system where you want to use it.

However, I have the feeling that with very small changes it can be changed so 
that I can download the full dump+index in Denmark, copy it to an USB-stick, 
send it to Burma and let them use it there.

Please update the code so that it is possible to download the data on a another 
system than it will be used on, and update index.html#install with how to 
transfer a downloaded copy to a different system.

Added to the latest version, you can download the files (a la from 
https://code.google.com/p/offline-wiki/downloads/list but note that if you're 
downloading one of the large split dumps, you have to join them into a single 
file first)  and drag and drop them into the web app to load it.
