Upgrade to JHipster 8.2 #342

The error that's happening now happened to me last night too. It appears that ./npmw install doesn't work. I was able to reproduce. I also discovered npm install worked just fine.

Yes this error happened in generator-jhipster too, and probably will happen in micronaut. So I am implementing a more generic fix.

I will postpone the generic fix for v8.3.0.
