Release 3.2.0 #360

Can someone please publish the v3.2.0 release to npmjs.com? I don't seem to have permission:

npm error 403 403 Forbidden - PUT https://registry.npmjs.org/generator-jhipster-quarkus - You do not have permission to publish "generator-jhipster-quarkus". Are you logged in as the correct user?
npm error 403 In most cases, you or one of your dependencies are requesting
npm error 403 a package version that is forbidden by your security policy, or
npm error 403 on a server you do not have access to.

The npm publish --access public command failed in GitHub Actions too.

Nevermind, I figured out how to add myself as a member, and the release is now published.
