Overview of the feature request

Extract client/vite generator from vue and add support to react.

• create-react-app is not maintained anymore https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app. Current config is based on extract from create-react-app
• current webpack configuration is complicated.
• there is not official bundler supported by react.

vite is a good alternative for us to support since we support it with vue.

Motivation for or Use Case

Support a modern webpack alternative.
